About The Founder.

Mitch Parker is a passionate and experienced marketing expert with a specialization in new development real estate. He’s been featured and quoted by top media outlets across North America including Sirius XM, Huffington Post, Canada AM, CTV, Real Estate Wealth Magazine and more. He currently sits on the Forbes Business Development Council.

With an education in business and a specialization in Finance, he entered the real estate industry in 2006. After a decade working on the client side he transitioned to working with developers; assisting in planning, marketing, and sales of large scale residential developments.

His first project was to create and manage the marketing, brand creation, advertising strategy, and broker education of a 201 suite condo development. The successful sellout led him to begin working with some of the industries biggest developers.

Recognizing the rapid pace which digital technology is reinventing how real estate is marketed, Mitch launched Suite72, a digitally driven real estate development marketing and consulting agency designed to help developers optimize their buildings, increase market exposure, and ultimately maximize profits.
